It’s not about doing more—it’s about doing what matters
As I found my way back to myself—physically, mentally and emotionally—I began creating what would become JoySeeker Living: a practical, personal approach to well-being.
Over time, I deepened that work through formal training in Positive Psychology—the science of human flourishing—earning a Master’s degree and drawing on over two decades of experience as a Dietitian and Registered Social Service Worker. This blend of personal experience and professional expertise became the foundation of the work I do today.
JoySeeker Living is the framework I built to restore my own well-being—and now I use it to help others do the same.
